These should be assumed as third-party content unless otherwise noted. We do not officially endorse or support any product or site, even those that advertise with us. Hiovita is not responsible for any content from third parties, and users should exercise discretion in observing the privacy policies, terms and conditions, contracts and rules surrounding third party content. Our services, games and programs are not targeted at minors or children. If Children under the age of 16 use our games, permission from a parent or guardian must be obtained. In addition, by allowing children under the age of 16 to use any of our services, the parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for understanding and consenting to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on behalf of themselves and any minors in their care who use our services. Because Hiovita's services rely on advertisements marketed to an adult audience, we do not allow users under the age of 14 to register for an account at this time. Although many if not all of Hiovita's advertisements are appropriate for all audiences, children under the age of 14 may only use their parent or guardian's account under direct supervision to use appropriate Hiovita products. It is the parent or guardian's responsibility to upgrade to a premium account and disable advertisements that may be potentially inappropriate for children. The parent or guardian will be held directly responsible for any posted content and collected information (direct, indirect or third party) while supervising their child, and it will be treated as their own content. The parent or gaurdian shall not permit a child aged 13 or younger to use their account how, when or where prohibited or discouraged by law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to view, copy, or remove your personal information.

If we are capable of deleting information you have provided to us directly or indirectly, we may delete information free of charge upon a verified request. You may also request all the data we collected from you over the last 12 months. Note that it may take up to 45 days for requests, or for changes to take effect. Expect the longest delays on data removal for publicly posted content. You must accept collection of ALL DATA outlined in this agreement to continue using the majority of Hiovita's services.

Continued, unreasonable, exploitative and evidently negligent requests to remove or view data will be considered nuisance, are in violation of our Terms of Service, and may result in account termination. If you cannot identify and prove ownership of the account with which your data is associated, then it is highly unlikely that the data is Personal Data as defined above (for example, an old guest account) and will be treated accordingly. Note that no data will be deleted where a quick deletion feature is already available to you using our services.
